Our first thought when we created Yo! Chow ( You! Eat in Mandarin ), was to serve authentic Chinese food bearing in mind the constantly evolving and emerging trends and tastes from around the world. We have combined the traditional and contemporary elements of Cantonese cuisine. We take great pride in ensuring that all the ingredients that we use are freshly sourced and authentic. Over the years we have reached customers throughout India and have received an overwhelming and positive response from our patrons.
Yo! Chow, is the name of a grand and passionate journey of flavours, unraveling authentic Chinese cuisines and sharing them with the world. It started as a restaurant created by a bunch of foodies for some more foodie friends, we are proud to say it still remains a Restaurant Group by the foodies, to the foodies and for the foodies.
Because at the heart of the group lies the passion of Mr. Sanjeev Das, and his weakness for good food that turned into a great strength for Speciality Restaurants! He started his career with the Flaming Wok, A Chinese Restaurent. Then later worked with world class restaurants like Yellow Chilli, Dominos, Yo China, Movenpick and now Yo! Chow. Mr. Sanjeev Das realized the dearth of Chinese cuisines and wanted to make good the lack of original authentic Chinese flavours in the stand-alone.
In 2014, it had Bangalore’s best Chinese restaurant with its flagship brand being Yo! Chow in the IT headquarters of Bangalore, Marathalli.
